SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Off-Standard Supply (offstandardsupply.com). Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and major holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

You will receive a second notification with tracking information once your order has officially shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer standard shipping across the domestic United States.

Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3 to 7 business days after processing.
Expedited Shipping: We currently do not offer expedited or rush shipping options. All orders are processed and shipped via standard fulfillment methods.

Note: Shipping estimates are provided by carriers and are not guaranteed. Delays may occasionally occur due to high volume, weather conditions, or carrier disruptions.

3. International Shipping

We do not offer international shipping at this time. Off-Standard Supply currently only ships to addresses within the domestic United States.

4. Order Tracking

Once your package leaves our facility, you will receive an automated email containing your carrier tracking number. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for tracking details to update on the carrier's website.

5. Correct Address Responsibility

Please double-check your shipping address prior to completing checkout. Off-Standard Supply is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an invalid address, additional reshipping fees may apply.

6. Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages

Lost or Stolen: Off-Standard Supply is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as "Delivered" by the carrier. Please ensure you ship to a secure location.
Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 5 days of delivery at Offstandardsupply@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can inspect and assist you.
