Due to the nature of our products and operations, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for any items once an order has been placed and processed.

By completing a purchase on offstandardsupply.com, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

  • No Returns: We do not accept returned merchandise under any circumstances.

  • No Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges for different sizes, colors, or products. Please carefully review sizing charts, product descriptions, and your order summary before checking out.

  • No Cancellations or Refunds: Orders cannot be canceled or refunded once submitted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We take quality seriously and want to ensure you receive what you paid for.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us within [e.g., 5 days] of receiving your delivery so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To report an issue with your order:

If approved, we will provide instructions for a replacement or store credit. Reports made after [5 days] from the delivery date will not be eligible for review.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Off-Standard Supply is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier.

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

  • If your package is lost or shows as "Delivered" but you have not received it, please file a claim directly with the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.).
